Epic Kits Refund Policy

Thank you so much for choosing Epic Kits. We hope you enjoy your purchase.

Unfortunately, Epic Kits is unable to accept any refunds, returns or exchanges for our customised goods unless the items you have received are faulty. This includes any of our made to order snoods, sports kids and any other customised goods.

If you have received a faulty item, please get in touch with our customer service. You can do so through our contact form on the Contact Us page, by sending an email directly to: contact@clubsnoods.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Cancelling Your Order

Once you have placed your order, you have a 2 hour time frame in which your order can be cancelled. After this period, your order might have already moved into production and can no longer be cancelled. If this has happened, the order will be sent to you as agreed and a refund cannot be issued unfortunately.

Making Amendments to Your Order

Similarly, you have a two hour window after your order has been placed to make any amendments, such as add items, remove items, change names or sizes. Once the two hours have passed, items may have moved into production and therefore name changes, sizes or removing of items may no longer be possible. It might be possible to add to your order.
